About the course creator
I've spent twenty years sitting across from teenagers and the parents who love them. Long enough to know that nobody walks in feeling like the expert — not even the experts.
This is the course I built for the parents in my practice who needed something between a book and a therapist. It's small on purpose. It's quiet on purpose. It works because the people who take it actually finish it.

How long does it really take?
Anywhere from three days to seven weeks. The course is built in three arcs of seven modules. Some parents do it in a long weekend; others move one module a week. Both are fine. The course meets you where you are.
Do I do this with my teen, or alone?
The course is designed for the parent. The practices are designed for the family. You'll watch the modules privately and bring small invitations into the household — usually a question, a ritual, or a single sentence to put down.
My teen is younger / older — does it still work?
The curriculum is tuned for ages 12–18, but parents of 9 to 22-year-olds have used it successfully. The framework is about how you show up, which doesn't expire.
What if I miss a day?
You won't be behind. There's no streak to break and no nudge designed to shame you. Come back on Thursday. Come back in a month. The work waits.
Is there a refund?
